Collect

Trained enumerators run interviews on tablets with CSPro and KoboToolbox. Every case is GPS-stamped, checked on the device and synced to the server each day.

STAGE 2 · IN THE PROCESSING ROOM

Clean

Structure and consistency checks run on every batch. Duplicate case IDs are resolved, household and member files are merged, and nothing moves forward until the totals reconcile.

Map

Each record is joined to its county, district and enumeration area. Field coordinates are reconciled against boundaries so every number has a place.
