⚙️ Services

See our full Services page for detailed descriptions.
Yes. Our leadership team has managed data collection and resettlement data engagements in DRC, Zambia, and Angola. We are experienced in cross-border, multi-country operations under international safeguard standards including World Bank OP 4.12 and AfDB requirements.
Yes — and this is one of our most common engagement models. We regularly serve as the Liberian technical partner for international consultancies and development organisations who need local expertise, local presence, and local licences. If your firm is bidding on a Liberian project and needs a credible, licensed local sub-contractor, contact us.
🛃 Customs Brokerage
A Customs Brokers Licence is a government-issued authorisation to clear goods through Liberian ports and airport on behalf of clients. Our licence covers all Liberian seaports — Freeport of Monrovia, Port of Buchanan, Port of Greenville, and Port of Harper — as well as Roberts International Airport. We handle both import and export clearance.
Customs clearance in Liberia requires professional knowledge of tariff classifications, LRA regulations, and documentation requirements. Using an unlicensed agent or attempting to self-clear can result in delays, fines, and seized goods. A licensed broker protects your cargo, ensures full legal compliance, and typically speeds up clearance significantly.
Yes. We offer priority clearance for time-sensitive shipments. Contact us directly at rerii@aynlr.com or call +231 777 969 916 to discuss urgent cargo requirements.
Yes. Many of our customs clients are international NGOs and development organisations bringing in programme equipment, vehicles, and supplies. We understand the specific documentation and exemption requirements that apply to these organisations and can advise on duty relief where applicable.
🥇 Gold Brokerage
Our Gold Brokers Licence, issued by the Government of Liberia, authorises All Your Needs to purchase gold from artisanal and small-scale miners for resale and export. All transactions are documented and fully compliant with the Minerals and Mining Act of Liberia.
Yes. International buyers who need a traceable, legally compliant Liberian gold supply chain can engage All Your Needs as their licensed broker. We manage the purchase, documentation, valuation, and facilitation of export — ensuring the buyer receives gold with a fully documented and compliant chain of custody.
Every transaction is fully documented with purchase receipts, weight and assay records, seller information, and compliance certificates as required by the Ministry of Mines and Energy. We prioritise transparency and can provide full transaction documentation to buyers on request.
📊 Survey & Data
Our team works across the full range of professional survey tools: CSPro (CAPI application design, data entry, and processing), KoboCollect and ODK (XLSForm design including multilingual forms), ArcGIS Pro and QGIS (spatial data and field mapping), SPSS and Stata (statistical analysis), and PostgreSQL (survey database design and management).
Yes. We regularly design multilingual XLSForms and CSPro applications for surveys conducted in English alongside local Liberian languages and dialects. Multilingual instrument design is a standard part of our service offering.
Yes. We have experience deploying and managing large field teams across all 15 Liberian counties — including training, supervision, daily monitoring, and quality control. For national-scale surveys we work with LISGIS's established field network.
A Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) is a legally binding framework — required under World Bank, AfDB, and IFC performance standards — that ensures every person whose land, property, or livelihood is affected by an infrastructure project is identified, assessed, and fairly compensated. RAP data management requires specialised knowledge of safeguard standards, asset valuation methodologies, and the legal implications of data quality — any error can affect a family's compensation entitlement.
